Aloha! If I told you there is a berry that once eaten, will make sour foods taste sweet for the next 30 minutes, would you believe me?

I guess you will have to try it for yourself!

We currently have two miracle berry plants on the property. Hint, they are near the houses.

Miracle fruit is an African indigenous plant that derives its name from the miraculin-containing red berry, which can make sour and acidic foods taste sweeter.

September is a good month to visit and check it out for yourself as the berries are ripe then.

With that, let me leave you with a Hawaiian word of the day: 'Hana mana' -- which translates to 'miracle' in English.
