The pool and hot tub are shared with guests of the other Koili Point house, similar to a resort hotel.

Enjoy a kitchen, laundry, Wi-Fi, and a lanai. Children are welcome. Pets are not allowed.

What are check-in and checkout times?

Check in at 3 p.m. or later. Check out by 10 a.m. All times are Hawaii time. This allows time for a thorough clean for arriving guests.

Can guests explore the property?

Booked overnight guests may explore the property on their own. Koili Point does not offer farm tours and is not open to the public for visits.

Is there beach access?

Koili Point sits on an oceanfront bluff. There is no direct swimming access from the property.
