Just kicking back in the hale

Aloha! Many of our guests that we have had the pleasure to host here at Koili Point comment that it's one of the most relaxing places they have ever been.

We very much appreciate that and look to continue providing a place to wind down and just breathe.

One of our themes is that Koili Point is a place to a part of nature and not apart from nature. ' A part of ' and not ' apart from... '

I included the photo here of our living room in our Hilo side house as I realized I really don't feature the inside of the houses in the blogs as much as I do the environs.

We hope you get the chance to come on back and see all the upgrades we have done inside the houses as well as the remarkable growth of the plants and such outside.

With that, let me leave you with a Hawaiian word of the day: 'hale' -- which translates to 'house' in English. It's pronounced holl like the first part of the word 'hollow' and ay like the 'ay' in day.

Aloha! Check availability for both houses at: https://www.airbnb.com/p/oceanfront-ac-pool
